Experiencing the domestic spaces with a natural style

From an ancient Japanese tradition to preserve and protect wood, BRUCIATO is born, a new way of perceiving the warmth and refinement of the wood grain.

The “Bruciato” draws inspiration from the ancient Japanese technique “Shou Sugi Ban” to recreate the effect of burned wood.
This is what generated a particular product that rediscovers the wood grain and retains its character, surprising for its strong personality.

Shou sugi ban, burn the wood to protect it.

A Japanese technique of carbonization of wood, able to give it a unique and artistic finish. The fire in the Shou sugi ban does not burn but preserves thanks to the carbon, which protects the wood for hundreds of years.

Eikon interprets this centuries-old tradition, combining the art of wood with the art of ceramics to offer a collection in porcelain stoneware with an elegant design, capable of suggesting ever new sensations to the environment.
